Our home is situated in a row of Victorian houses, large in design and layout and typical of the period for a Sussex seaside town. It is converted from three adjoining houses, set over 3 floors with a lift located in the centre of the building.
We have 26 rooms for residents all individually decorated and furnished (most en-suite), 2 resident lounges, 3 walk-in wet/shower rooms, an enclosed south-facing garden with sheltered smoking area and a large dining room. Dr Isaac K Mutiboko MB.Ch.B., FRCPsych, DPM: Dr Mutiboko is the registered responsible person for Jubilee Court. He is a senior consultant Psychiatrist, a fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and has many year of experience providing the highest level of care and clinical excellence to the elderly with mental health needs. The home benefits from his experience and oversight in all the aspects of our care including a high quality bespoke staff training and working knowledge of the local healthcare provision.
Naomi Scott Naomi is our registered manager. She has great knowledge and experience of providing care with over 7 years experience in management. She is NVQ level 4 + LMC qualified and an NVQ assessor, allowing her to develop our care team to the highest standard. Naomi works closely with staff to develop the quality of the care in the home, creating and managing our quality assurance systems and care practices to continue to strive for excellence.
Our Care Team: Our care team is lead by our head of care, who is supported by senior care team and our carers who provide full care service 24hr a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. All our staff have achieved or are undertaking NVQ to level 2 or 3. Our staff are actively encouraged and supported to achieve the highest level possible of training and qualifications and to maintain that level through regular training, assessment and review
